My Journey

It's pouring out here. I am on day 2 of my cold , Flu , whatever tf this plague is that the government has unleashed upon the kids in the Los Angeles School District. I nursed BinMin 1st, then Leuch. Now I'm not feeling well, and neither is my mom. And now to top it all off, it's storming out. I mean rain so thick you can see the drops with the naked eye in the middle of the backyard. Looks like an ocean pouring from my roof. I took my meds (NyQuil HBP Cold&Flu) and sprayed Sinex VapoCool in my nose so that my ass can breathe and so my throat would stop being scratchy. I also have my Vicks inhaler on standby.  I wrote down my assignments due this week, and now I'm considering writing on my novel some more. One day, I will get my happy ending. The big house, the large bank account, the great, beautiful garden, my Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid, my large Triple Master Suites, Movie Theater, Game Room, Multiple Balconies, an industrial-size kitchen with a huge pantry, and...

 Today I turned on Bridgerton on Netflix, got my Bridgerton Betty Crocker Strawberry Scone mix down out the cabinet and created myself a tea party.  I chose myself this Valentine’s Day. 

I am learning to cook for myself at home. I think it will do me some good healthwise and save me some much-needed coin. Ever since I baked that Thanksgiving turkey to perfection, my love of Japanese food and salads has led me to try my hand at baking fish, making sandwiches, and creating salads. Here is what I've cooked thus far. TBH, I think I did well. They were all delicious and cooked through.    I am proud of myself. More to come.

  Gonna enjoy the New Year's festivities with my babies at home, watching Don Lemon, Anderson Cooper and Andy Cohen. & I am definitely gonna eat those 12 grapes under the table for good luck. 2026 is going to be a very productive year for me I can feel it.

I've decided in the new year that I will start the Japanese diet. I wanna lose some unwanted weight in the new year. I've already started.
